PublicaNow

Privacy policy

Last updated: May 11, 2026.

This policy describes what personal data we collect on get.publica.now, what we use it for, and your rights. It is independent of the publica.now product privacy policy, which applies when you create an account and operate inside the marketplace.

1. What we collect

On this site we collect: (a) data you send via the contact form: name, email, creator type, optional message; (b) basic technical data: IP address, user agent, referrer URL; (c) UTM parameters if you arrived from a campaign.

2. What we use it for

We use your data to: (a) reply to your inquiry; (b) understand which channels and campaigns generate interest in the platform; (c) with your explicit consent, send you product updates. We don't use it for ad profiling, we don't sell it, and we don't train AI models with it.

3. Who we share it with

Your data is stored on infrastructure operated by publica.la (Laravel Cloud, managed MySQL in the EU). We don't share personal data with third parties except: transactional email providers required to reply to you, authorities where law requires it, or a future CRM provider we adopt (which we'll announce in advance).

4. How long we keep it

Leads are kept while relevant to the business relationship (typically up to 24 months). After that period, we anonymize or delete personal data. Technical data (logs) is kept for a maximum of 90 days.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU, you can also file a complaint with your data protection authority. Deleting your data on this site does not affect data tied to your publica.now account (if any), which is governed by the product policy.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: one to remember your chosen language (marketing_locale, 1 year) and the Laravel session cookie for the contact form. We do not use advertising tracking cookies on this site.

7. Changes to this policy

When we make substantive changes we update the "Last updated" date and, if it affects already-collected data, we notify you by email.
